Dear Magic Minds Staff Members, 

If you have not already heard, the owners of the organization are burdened with heavy hearts in the passing of our friend and business partner, Aaron Cuthrell. There is no way that Magic Minds will ever be the same without him. Please know that he, sincerely, loved this organization and appreciated each of you from the very bottom of his heart. And please forgive any mishaps in scheduling, leadership and other logistics while Mike and I were constantly at his side this summer. All arrangements will be shared as soon as possible. 

Academic teachers should have all post assessments completed by Thursday, August 1, 2019. And all progress reports should be completed by Wednesday, August 7, 2019. The links for the progress reports are listed below. You will need a list of parent emails for every camper in your class in order to complete the progress reports. If there are any email addresses you are missing, please email Mrs. Washington at magicmindsacc@gmail.com. You only have to do a progress report for students who have attended for at least 3 weeks of academic instruction. You can put "absent at the time of assessment" in place of the score for pre-assessment or post assessment, where applicable. Comments do not have to be long, but do your best to make them individualized. (I teach, too...no copied/pasted comments, please.) Be sure comments relate more to academic progress and less to personality traits.

1. The coverage schedule for the last week on camp is  available below. The list of events will be emailed to site coordinators one day in advance.  
2. All classroom materials should be returned (room 138 @ Leithwalk, cafeteria @ Woodhome & Empowerment, and the closet @ Elkridge) in the neatest, and most organized, fashion possible. Teachers, you know how much workbooks cost so please return them all.

Every staff member will receive a final evaluation of their performance with Magic Minds, Incorporated this summer by Friday, August 23, 2019. It will list all aspects of your performance, as perceived by your site-coordinators, as well as on offer to return next summer, where applicable. 

Again, thank you so much for your continued commitment to Magic Minds. Please know that we apologize for any bumps in the next few weeks as we grieve. And know that we are always trying to get better. So, please take a few seconds to complete this survey, giving your most honest opinion of your employment with Magic Minds this summer.
